Service Agreements. All services provided by Quality Home Repair Hub are governed by a written service agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement of work. The agreement specifies scope of work, materials, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms.
Estimates. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed service agreement. Changes to scope of work after signing may result in a written change order with adjusted pricing.
Scheduling. Project start dates are subject to material availability, permit processing times, and crew scheduling. We provide at least 48 hours notice before project commencement and promptly communicate any delays.
Payments. A deposit of up to 30% of the contract value may be required to secure scheduling and materials. Remaining payments are structured per the service agreement. Final payment is due upon project completion and customer approval.
Warranties. Quality Home Repair Hub provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on labor performed by our crews. Manufacturer warranties apply to all installed materials and products. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period.
Liability Limitations. Our liability is limited to the value of services contracted. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. Our crews carry full general liability insurance.
Intellectual Property. All design plans, layouts, and project documentation created by Quality Home Repair Hub remain our intellectual property until final payment is received.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of USA.
